JOB PURPOSE:

The VMI Programs Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing ‘service excellence’ standards and operating procedures in support of the Company’s specialized inventory management programs which are offered to our customers; such as BIM, VBIM, and Consignment Programs.

JOB CONTENT:

Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently
• Carry out inventory counting and stock checks regularly
• Update stock movement, inventory records, and warehouse data in Excel
• Generate simple inventory and stock reports using Excel
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, stored, and arranged in the warehouse
• Assist with receiving, checking, and issuing of goods
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the warehouse
• Support other warehouse and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to perform picking, packing, and stock counting duties
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and report generation
