• GCE N or O Level or NITEC / HigherNITEC or Certificate in relevant discipline
• 1 -2 years of relevant workingexperience in day to day store operation, inventory management and materialmanagement

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, plant/equipment, tools, and other required items.
• Issue enquiries to vendors, obtain quotations, and prepare cost comparisons with recommendations.
• Prepare and submit Purchase Orders (POs) for management approval and ensure POs are issued to approved vendors.
• Liaise with vendors to monitor delivery schedules and compile Delivery Orders (DOs).
• Verify invoices and process vendor payments.
• Maintain and update records of material usage and consumption.
• Possess knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the procurement function.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Familiarity with construction or building materials/products.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records in SYSPRO and Microsoft Office to ensure real-time stock visibility
• Monitor stock levels and manage receipt and issuance of goods to maintain inventory accuracy
• Process defective materials and update system transactions promptly to reflect current stock status
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission to Accounts for processing
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc warehouse reports summarizing key statistics to support management decision-making
• Handle official documents confidentially and maintain well-organized filing systems
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely material availability
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Assist in audit preparation by maintaining accurate, complete, and accessible records
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve stock and documentation discrepancies efficiently
• Provide timely updates to management on warehouse operations and issues to support informed decision-making

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational abilities with hands-on experience in inventory and documentation management
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in coordinating with teams and resolving discrepancies
• Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily store operations - includes inventory management, ordering of supplies, maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees
• Build positive employee experiences - from hiring to onboarding and training. Schedule shifts and manage employee work hours to maintain operations. Manage employee grievances to promote a safe and supportive work environment
• Champion customer service excellence through high service standards. Address customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism

Role Requirements

• At least 5 years’ work experience in the service industry with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar store managerial role

• Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Knowledge of local employment regulations, health and safety standards
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Willingness to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and public holidays
