Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials using Forklift

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders

• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy

• Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs

• Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials

• Ad-hoc task given by Manager/Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma or relevant higher education (e.g., Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management) is a plus.

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling

• Valid Forklift License is a MUST

Responsibilities

• Receive, check quantity & quality and sort incoming parts and supplies.

• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.

• Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.

• Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Handling

• Assist in receiving incoming goods by checking quantities and quality against delivery orders or purchase orders.
• Support in picking, checking, packing, and storing goods systematically in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

2. Delivery & Logistics Support

• Deliver goods to retail outlets or customers according to the scheduled delivery plan.
• Ensure all goods are accurately prepared, labeled, and ready for dispatch in a timely manner.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods safely to prevent damage during transportation.

3. Stock Control & Documentation

• Assist in maintaining proper inventory records and updating stock movements in the system.
• Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods promptly to your superior.
• Support in conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation activities when required.

4. Event & Ad-hoc Support

• Assist in the setup, transportation, and logistics support for company events, fairs, or promotions.
• Support other warehousing or operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth business operations.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as instructed by superiors or management from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred (fresh graduates may also be considered).
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures such as receiving, picking, packing, and stock management.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks such as lifting or moving goods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours or support events as required.
