We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow for production and delivery activities. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in executing daily warehouse activities and assigned tasks
• Manage the receiving of raw materials and the dispatch of finished goods in accordance with operational schedules
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards and ensure 5S practices are consistently applied
• Update and maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation
• Support production by ensuring materials is prepared and issued accurately
• Assist with finished goods deliveries and verify shipping documentation prior to dispatch
• Participate in stock counts and promptly report any inventory discrepancies
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations

Requirements

• Able to handle manual lifting of approximately 10kg to 20kg
• Basic computer literacy for inventory updates and documentation
• Willing to support overtime work when operationally required
• Strong team player with a cooperative and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth goods movement, and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Perform loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse cleanliness
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in stocktaking exercises
• Update inventory records and movement logs (manual or Excel-based)
• Ensure all goods are handled safely and properly
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and collections
• Follow company SOPs for inventory control and warehouse operations
• Working hours are aligned with client site requirements. Candidates must be punctual and able to commit to fixed daily schedules assigned by the company.

Working Hours

• Monday to Fridays (830am to 330pm)
• Saturdays (830am to 12pm)
