Duties / Scope of Work

•To keep warehouse management system up to date on a daily basis.

•To lead a team of warehouse & oversee and plan day to day in warehousing daily operations

•Review all aspects of operational, Safety, risk assessment and quality assurance

•To involve in Business RFQ and Cost Simulation

•Responsible to implementation of systems and constant work improvements

•To ensure all functions of logistics support are in line with business demands

•To respond and follow up on enquiries by customers

•To coordinate and support weekly cycle count, monthly or yearly inventory count

•To compile monthly billing to customers and Finance Department

•To perform any other tasks assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

•Must possess at least Diploma

•Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and knowledge in WMS functions

•Possess forklift driving license

•Able to operate VNA / Stacker

•Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise & lead a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders.
• Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters as well as resolving any issues raised.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Process billing invoices to customer promptly.
• Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the team.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead & supervise a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers’ orders.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding all administrative and documentation difficulties, as well as addressing any concerns brought up.
• Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• At least 5 years of practical experience working in a warehouse as a supervisor.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily planning of work schedule for warehouse operation
• Priorities and monitor all warehouse assistance to complete their daily work (picker and packer)
• Ensure warehouse operating supplies (Carton, wrapping and essential material for warehouse use) are good for warehouse operational use on weekly and monthly basic
• Assist in Return items goods. (Reverse logistic process) Finish return procedure timely.
• Cooperate with operation and purchaser department for smooth good delivery.

• Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
• Where opportunity allow, marking/order should be complete well in advance by 2 days

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above, proficient with warehouse management 
• 5 years or above supply chain (warehouse, transportation) or relevant working experience
• Working knowledge and experience with MS office
• Ability to lead a team under his supervision on a fast pace environment
• Ability to work under pressure under a fast pace environment
• Ability to fulfil orders in time and make preparation of packing with schedule and follow the company set SOP
