Job Description

• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + $100 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and record incoming raw materials and goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and documentation of materials and finished products.
• Replenish raw materials for production (Kanban system).
• Pack and record finished goods from production.
• Coordinate with the Sales department to arrange timely shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies or faulty materials to the Team Leader or Purchasing team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace in line with 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Able to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material / stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations following established procedures to ensure timely and accurate task completion
• Receive, label, and store cargo in designated locations to maintain organized inventory
• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment preparation
• Load and unload goods safely to support efficient warehouse flow
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse environment
• Conduct periodic cycle counts and actively participate in annual stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a valid forklift and/or reach truck operating license to enhance warehouse equipment handling capabilities is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label products for dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols.
• Support the warehouse team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
• Able to work 5.5 days (Monday - Saturday)
