• Oversee end-to-end volunteer coordination across the full programme lifecycle, from recruitment, registration, and pre-event briefings to on-site execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless volunteer experience at every touchpoint.
• Serve as a key liaison between volunteers, internal teams, and external partners; design publicity and communication materials including eDMs and presentations; and manage duty of care and risk management protocols.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse volunteer participation data and programme insights to support impact assessment, continuous improvement, and stakeholder reporting.

Your Role

Content Creation (Primary)

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Capture real moments: kids, families, first ear piercing experiences
• Turn trends into brand-relevant, parent-friendly content
• Support campaigns, promotions & festive launches

Online Store Admin (Secondary)

• Manage product listings (upload, update descriptions, pricing)
• Process online orders and coordinate fulfilment
• Ensure product images and content are accurate and attractive
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates
• Reply to basic customer enquiries (online orders / products)

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for social media & content creation
• Comfortable filming (bonus if you can appear on camera)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / similar)
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle both creative + admin tasks efficiently
• Positive, patient personality (family/kids environment)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, from pre-event coordination to on-site delivery
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee timelines and ensure milestones are met across multiple concurrent projects
• Assist with event setup planning, layouts, and on-site operations
• Ensure all event documentation and deliverables are accurate and well-organised

• Diploma in Event Management or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in events, administration, or coordination roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work after office hours nearer to event date when required
