About the Role

Techzu is looking for a confident and creative Social Media Executive who can plan, create, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.

This role combines content creation, video hosting, and social media management. You will be responsible for producing content that is not only visually appealing but also engaging and aligned with marketing goals.

You must be comfortable speaking on camera and able to communicate clearly in professional English.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Social Media Management

• Plan and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Schedule and publish posts consistently
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics
• Ensure brand consistency across all content

2. Content Creation

• Create short-form and long-form video content
• Design graphics and social media visuals
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats

3. Video Hosting

• Act as a video host for company and client content
• Present educational, promotional, or product-related content
• Speak clearly and confidently on camera
• Participate in content shoots (including occasional weekend shoots with off-in-lieu)

4. Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team on campaign ideas
• Participate in brainstorming sessions
• Contribute ideas for improving content performance and engagement

5. Execution & Delivery

• Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives
• Follow structured workflows and content schedules
• Continuously improve based on feedback and performance data

Requirements

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube

Core Skills

• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong content creation ability (video + graphics)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

About the Role

MotorBahn Group operates three automotive brands — Evoke (OE factory retrofit services), Viofo (dashcam retail & distribution) and SparKleen (premium car detailing) — with further businesses under development. We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy individual to own our entire digital presence: producing compelling visual and video content, maintaining our websites, and maximising sales across our e-commerce platforms.

This is a high-ownership role. You will work closely with the owner and the sales function, and leverage AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality.

Title:   Digital Media & Commerce Executive (up to 3 years exp.) or Manager (4+ years exp.)

Reports to:   Owner / General Manager

Brands covered:   Evoke · Viofo · SparKleen · Owner personal brand (car influencer)

Note: Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, script, shoot (DJI Osmo Pocket & other devices) and edit short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok across all three brands plus the owner's personal car influencer account.
• Develop a content calendar with hooks, themes and posting schedules to maximise organic reach for each brand.
• Set up and manage SparKleen's social media channels from scratch (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Create static visuals — posters, brochures, product graphics and promotional materials — using design tools (Canva, Adobe Express or equivalent).
• Organise and maintain a structured media library so footage and assets are always accessible for editors and future campaigns.
• Monitor paid ad performance, analyse return on ad spend and recommend optimisations.

Website Management & SEO

• Maintain and continuously improve the Evoke website (www.evoke.com.sg) — product listings, blog posts and landing pages.
• Build the Viofo Singapore website and the SparKleen website from scratch, leveraging available brand assets.
• Write and publish SEO-optimised blog content targeting Google search, and optimise pages for discovery by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Manage product listings, pricing accuracy and promotional banners on all websites.

E-Commerce Platform Management

• Own Carousell and Shopee storefronts: refresh listings, write compelling product descriptions and attach video content to boost visibility.
• Develop a boosting and promotion schedule for Carousell listings to maintain top-of-search placement.
• Monitor and respond to buyer enquiries on Shopee in a timely manner; escalate technical questions to the relevant team member.
• Track platform analytics and report weekly on sales, traffic and conversion metrics.

AI-Assisted Workflow

• Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini or equivalent) to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, image generation and performance analysis.
• Propose and implement AI-powered workflows to handle repetitive tasks such as batch description writing, hashtag research and scheduling.

Requirements

Essential

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express or similar).
• Good written English for copy, captions and blog posts.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple brands simultaneously.

Advantageous

• Experience managing Carousell or Shopee seller accounts.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Wix or Shopify for website management.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Interest in the automotive sector — cars, dashcams, detailing.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for content work.

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Event Partnership & Sponsorship Manager to lead the commercial partnership strategy for a major Legal Technology Conference and Exhibition we are organising.

This is a key 6-month contract role where you will own the sponsorship function from strategy to fulfilment. You will leverage a strong foundation of past sponsors and warm leads to secure high-value partnerships and ensure exceptional delivery, contributing directly to the event's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sponsorship Strategy & Development: Analyse past performance and market trends. Collaborate with the Project Director and client to refine existing and develop compelling new sponsorship packages that drive revenue.

• Pipeline & Partnership Management: Take ownership of a qualified pipeline, including past sponsors and warm leads. Conduct professional outreach, persuasive presentations, and negotiations to build and secure strategic partnerships.
