- Oversee end-to-end volunteer coordination across the full programme lifecycle, from recruitment, registration, and pre-event briefings to on-site execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless volunteer experience at every touchpoint.
- Serve as a key liaison between volunteers, internal teams, and external partners; design publicity and communication materials including eDMs and presentations; and manage duty of care and risk management protocols.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse volunteer participation data and programme insights to support impact assessment, continuous improvement, and stakeholder reporting.
