To do this, you will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a structurally adjacent field.
• Open to entry-level professionals with 0–2 years of experience, including individuals who demonstrated measurable impact in prior relevant internship roles.
• Proven ability to own a social media function independently, not just execute briefs. Track record in the professional management of business-facing (B2B or B2C) social media accounts across core platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or professional editing suites (Adobe Creative Cloud). Hands-on familiarity with generative AI content production frameworks.

Who You Are:

Must Have

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta is non-negotiable; TikTok and/or Pinterest a strong plus)
• Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns against performance KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and CPA
• Comfortable working with campaign data daily — pulling reports, spotting trends, and making real-time bid and budget decisions
• Experience briefing creative assets based on performance insights and working cross-functionally with creative teams
• Proficiency in setting up and documenting A/B tests (audiences, creatives, landing pages)
