Seeking a Communications & Content Specialist to support the Singapore Communications team in delivering impactful internal and external communications initiatives.This role focuses on content creation, multimedia production, event coordination, media monitoring, and governance compliance, ensuring alignment with global communications standards and processes.

Communications & Content Development

• Develop high-quality communication materials, including presentations, memos, fact sheets, and leadership communications for internal and external audiences.

• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, digital assets, and social media content.

• Manage and maintain internal communication channels such as intranet platforms, newsletters, and employee communications.

• Support strategic communications projects and campaigns.

Media Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor and analyse media coverage, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment.

• Support media relations activities and manage external monitoring vendors.

• Prepare reports and insights to support communications planning and decision-making.

Event Management & Coordination

• Coordinate logistics and administrative support for leadership visits, town halls, campaigns, and employee engagement events.

• Manage end-to-end event execution, including content development, creative design, vendor coordination, and on-site support.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of communications initiatives.

Governance & Operations

• Ensure compliance with communications governance, approval, and audit requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Support regular and ad hoc reporting requirements.

Multimedia creation

• Managed end-to-end content creation for marketing and communications campaigns, including concept development, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, subtitling, and post-production of social media and event content across digital and owned channels using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.

2. Plan & coordinate logistics arrangement for executive leadership conferences & townhalls.

3. Design and develop visually appealing and engaging presentations, incorporating storytelling techniques, data visualization, and interactive elements.

4. Write clear, concise, and compelling content, including scripts and narratives.

5. Curate internal communications within Group PB, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messages.

6. Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, video messages, and leadership townhalls.

7. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

8. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance the efficiency and creativity of the design process.

9. Strengthen the Group PB brand internally; ensure alignment with corporate branding and employer value proposition.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field,

2. 2-5 years of progressive experience in branding, marketing, and communications roles.

3. Experience in organising leadership & people engagement events, e.g. townhalls and engaging stakeholders to deliver impactful event experience.

4. Experience in presentation conceptualization and development with knowledge of AI-powered design tools and techniques.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.

6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Reporting to:

Media Finance Manager, OM SG

Scope of role:

• This role is the key liaison across client & finance teams and local media planning teams

Reporting Structure:

• This role reports to the Media Finance Manager, OMG SG and sits within the media teams that the role supports.

• Your Reporting Manager will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role specializes in supporting the monitoring and analysis of information (budgets, spends/plans) and processes
• This role looks after key tasks in the overall account management scope of the team (deliverables to different stakeholders, budgets)
• Address any issues on PO/budget movement
• Address any issues on finance and invoicing
• Support and liaise with client team for Audit
• Manage all media plans related processes and queries
• Verify vendor invoices & actualise into respective plans
• Advise finance on the allocation of vendor invoices into respective plans
• Supports the Media Finance Manager on measures to ensure financial stewardship across local teams
• Conduct audit and improve media finance operation processes and guidelines as guided
• Collaborate with planners and ensure accuracy of budget management and tracking
