We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all private and public events within our premium Chinese restaurant and live music venue. This role is responsible for the "full lifecycle" of an event—from the initial guest inquiry and menu customization to the physical setup and "on-the-day" floor management. Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and Development

Required Qualifications

Experience and Skills

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in social media / digital marketing, with campaign management experience and hands-on content creation including photography, videography, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and their unique characteristics
• Experience in building a strong social presence from the ground up and capturing attention in competitive digital spaces
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting creative agencies and managing external partnership coordination
