Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement proactive strategies to optimize room bookings, F&B venues, and conference space utilization to meet revenue targets.
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and implement strategies to keep the hotel competitive.
• Mentor and guide the Sales Team, promoting proactive sales techniques and high-quality standards.
• Respond to and convert incoming inquiries into successful revenue-generating opportunities.
• Manage group RFPs, prepare tailored proposals, present to clients, and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain accurate data entry for group and meeting inquiries using Delphi FDC.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Conduct client briefings, meetings, and property tours to showcase the hotel's offerings.
• Make sales and telemarketing calls to engage prospective clients and secure business.
• Host potential clients during site inspections and entertainment activities, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with hotel operations and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales activity plans and reports to the Director of Sales.
• Represent the hotel at trade fairs, industry events, and workshops in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Business Development.
• Coach and train team members, conducting performance assessments as needed.
• Support the Director of Sales and Commercial Director with other delegated tasks.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in the MICE sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Willingness to represent the hotel at events and engage in business development activities.

Job Summary

Supports marketing events, campaigns, vendor management, research and budget coordination. Handles admin tasks, collaborates with stakeholders, and works flexible hours to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including logistics, setup, teardown, and liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in media planning, booking, and campaign execution across various channels and platforms.
• Source and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and vendors, evaluating pricing, quality, and service offerings to support procurement and budget optimization.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including industry trends and data analysis, to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Monitor and coordinate departmental budgets, invoices, purchase requests, quotations, and other finance-related processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, online purchases, and inventory record management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute and optimize marketing and communication plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to objectives.
• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to departmental needs.

Requirements

• Strong interest in traditional marketing, event marketing, and brand activation activities.
• Prior experience in coordinating events, exhibitions, roadshows, or promotional campaigns is preferred.
• Willing to work one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) as required for events and marketing activities.
