We are seeking a motivated International PR and Marketing Intern to support International PR and Marketing Team.

What you will do:

• Press release writing and editing
• Media pitch and interview coordination
• Media coverage monitoring and content negotiation
• Social media content development and operation (text, photos, videos)
• Event campaign (e.g. Ai.R launch party in Singapore, DWC in Dubai, etc)

Our Client is one of the leading distributors of printing solutions including 3Dsystems, print media and large format printer solutions in Singapore.

• Design and improve 3Dmodels using CAD software
• Prepare files for 3Dprinting, including setup and material choice
• Operate and maintain3D printers, and fix issues when needed
• Perform post-processing such as cleaning, finishing, assembling, and checking quality
• Test printed parts and suggest improvements
• Work with teams to improve product design and production
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and coordination
• Keep records of designs, materials, and machine settings
• Follow safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• Experience with 3D printing technologies such as FDM, SLA, SLS, or similar
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or equivalent
• Knowledge of materials used in additive manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing 3D printing machines or related equipment

Ingrid Design is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our team.

This role is suited for someone with past experience in a social media, digital, or creative agency, with a strong ability to plan, write, and shape content across different brands and industries. The ideal candidate should be confident in storytelling, content ideation, and spotting relevant trends that can be translated into meaningful and engaging content.

You will be responsible for developing content for both client accounts and Ingrid Design’s own marketing channels, working closely with the creative and account servicing teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars for client accounts and in-house brands
• Research industries, audience behaviour, competitors, and trends to generate relevant and engaging content ideas
• Write compelling, clear, and on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, articles, and other digital content
• Craft strong storytelling angles and content directions tailored to different brands and target audiences
• Translate technical, corporate, or dry information into relatable and audience-friendly content
• Stay updated on social media trends, trending topics, current conversations, and digital culture
• Work closely with designers, account managers, and the wider creative team to ensure content is strategically aligned and visually engaging
• Present content ideas, creative rationale, and recommendations internally or to clients when required
• Review and refine content to ensure consistency, clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Contribute to campaign brainstorming, proposals, and pitch ideation when needed
• Ensure all content is delivered according to timeline and campaign objectives
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future content planning

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a social media agency, digital agency, or creative agency
• Strong command of written English with excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong storytelling ability with a good sense of content flow, tone, and audience engagement
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and audience preferences
• Able to identify trends and develop content angles that are timely, relevant, and engaging
• Able to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
