This role will work closely with the SMF Committee, partners and stakeholders to deliver a high-impact platform that fosters meaningful connections, drives industry dialogue and showcases Singapore’s leadership in the global MICE landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Coordination (SMF 2026)

• Support the development of SMF 2026’s event concept, theme and programme in collaboration with the SMF Committee to ensure alignment with SACEOS’ strategic priorities and industry needs.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring event timelines, budgets and workplans to ensure the successful delivery of SMF 2026 from 29–31 July 2026.

2. Event Operations & Logistics

• Support the operational planning and execution of SMF 2026, including venue coordination, vendor procurement, contract management, logistics planning, registration systems, F&B arrangements, AV production and on-site event production & delivery.

The Event Operations Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of all live performances, private events, and daily operations within the venue. This role bridges the gap between administrative planning and real-time production, ensuring that artist requirements, safety protocols, and guest experiences are maintained at the highest professional standards.
