We are looking for an Event Operations & ProjectExecutive to support AKC’s training-related events, roadshows, workshops,and consultancy projects.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested inevent planning, operations, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-siteexecution. You will gain practical experience managing event schedules,documentation, client communication, registration support, venue coordination,post-event reporting, and workflow improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, including logistics, setup, and teardown
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Support budget tracking, procurement of resources (e.g. equipment, permits), and cost management
• Plan and manage event logistics, including materials, equipment, manpower, and venue arrangements
• Support on-site operations such as registration, coordination, troubleshooting, and real-time issue resolution
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare performance reports to drive improvements
• Recommend enhancements to event workflows, operational processes, and customer experience
• Assist in event marketing efforts, including promotional materials and outreach activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, coordination, or project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple events/projects concurrently with strong attention to detail
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required
• Familiarity with Singapore’s event landscape and local vendors is an advantage

·        Assist in preparing event timelines, work schedules, project plans, and event documentation

·        Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders for event arrangements

·        Assist in managing event logistics, materials, equipment, manpower, and venue setup

·        Support on-site event operations, including setup, registration, coordination, troubleshooting, and teardown

·        Assist in preparing post-event reports, feedback summaries, and event closure documentation

Requirements

·        Nitec or Higher Nitec in Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields

·        Strong interest in events, operations, logistics, or project coordination

·        Comfortable supporting both planning and on-site event execution

·        Organised and detail-oriented when handling schedules, documents, vendors, and event logistics

·        Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, participants, and internal teams

At Inspire Mum & Baby, we support women, babies, and children through pregnancy, birth, swimming, fitness, and therapy. We are looking for a Weekend Social Media & Operations Executive who enjoys content creation and working with people on the ground.

This role is ideal if you love social media, have a good eye for visuals, and want hands-on exposure to how a wellness brand runs day to day.

Role Overview

You will support two key areas on weekends:

1. Social media content planning & creation

2. Front desk and daily centre operations

Training and guidance will be provided — we value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Social Media & Content Responsibilities

• Plan and organise weekly / monthly social media content

• Capture photos and short-form videos during weekend classes and centre activities

• Understand and apply basic angles, framing, and lighting for clean, engaging visuals

• Draft captions following brand guidelines (support provided)

• Assist with posting on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

• Track basic engagement (views, saves, reach)

Content is mostly phone-based and real-life — no professional equipment required.

Front Desk & Operations Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations during weekends

• Welcome parents and children, handle check-ins and basic enquiries

• Assist with class schedules, registrations, and coordination

• Respond to WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries professionally

• Support smooth daily operations of the centre

Event Operations Executive

The applicant must be able to handle multi tasks, work efficiently and most importantly, love balloons and be passionate for this industry. Extremely secure position: we are looking for someone who wants a long-term job. Not just any job but to see it as a career in years to come.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, inflate and quality check balloons and event decor before dispatch
• Execute onsite event setup, installation and teardown
• Support delivery loading, packing and equipment handling
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines and setup requirements
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors and venue contacts for smooth execution 
• Monitor event setup standards and troubleshoot onsite issues independently
• Maintain inventory of balloons, materials, tools and event equipment
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality control requirements
• Support warehouse and fulfilment operations when required
• Assist in post-event dismantling, returns and equipment recovery

Requirements / Skills

• Physically fit and comfortable handling hands-on setup work
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and flexible event hours
• Good attitude, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced event environments
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good execution standards
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets and basic digital tools

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent (Events, Logistics, Hospitality or related fields preferred) 
• Fresh graduates may apply
• Relevant event or operations experience is an advantage

• Class 3 driving licence (optional)
• Experience in balloons, event decor or installations
• Experience handling onsite client requests
• Able to lead part-timers or support junior crew

Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Coordination

• Plan, organize, and execute events (corporate functions, institutional catering, internal events)
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, objectives, and expectations
• Prepare event proposals, timelines, and detailed execution plans
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics from setup to teardown

2. Client Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
• Provide professional advice on menu selection, setup, and event flow
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints promptly

3. Operations & Logistics Coordination

• Work closely with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate manpower deployment, delivery schedules, and on-site setup
• Ensure all equipment, food, and materials are prepared and delivered on time

4. On-Site Event Execution

• Oversee on-site event setup and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time and ensure minimal disruption
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and presentation are maintained

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with external vendors (e.g. equipment rental, décor, transport)
• Ensure vendors meet service standards, timelines, and cost expectations
• Manage procurement requests related to events

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, event orders, and post-event reports
• Track event budgets, costs, and profitability
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all events

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event planning, catering, or F&B operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Hands-on and willing to be on-site for event execution (including weekends/public holidays if required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle last-minute changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
