Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations Support:

Provide day-to-day support to the project lead in managing event operations.

Oversee team management, supplier/vendor coordination, and venue logistics to meet event, internal, and client expectations.

2. Project Workflow Planning:

Plan and propose efficient workflow structures for projects.

Collaborate with the team to streamline project execution.

3. Proposal Development:

Create innovative and compelling event proposals for clients.

Present creative ideas and concepts to clients effectively.

4. Cost-effective Solutions:

Source and secure cost-effective solutions for event requirements and logistics from various suppliers.

Prepare accurate purchase requisition documents and invoices for processing.

5. On-site Coordination:

Supervise and coordinate on-site setup and teardown activities, working closely with suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

6. Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project requirements.

Maintain open communication channels for successful project delivery.

7. Administrative Excellence:

Ensure proper and accurate administration and paperwork to facilitate efficient project management.

8. Venue Management:

Liaise with venue owners, ensuring all necessary paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.

Coordinate layout and event day run sheet preparation accurately and promptly.

9. Crew and Volunteer Management:

Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and managing volunteers and event crews.

Ensure a smooth and efficient event operation.

10. Media and Influencer Coordination:

Liaise with media outlets and influencers to promote events.

Coordinate press releases, interviews, and media coverage.

Identify and engage relevant influencers for event partnerships.

11. Creativity and Trend Awareness:

Develop innovative and engaging event concepts aligned with brand and audience.

Stay up-to-date with current trends in music, entertainment, and social media.

Translate trending ideas into creative event experiences and content.

Continuously propose fresh concepts to enhance audience engagement and event impact.

Requirements:

•Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint

•Dedicated, self-oriented and results driven

•At least 2 years of relevant experience in Event or Marketing Industry.

•Possess good communication skills

•Strong collaboration skills to accomplish the work assigned

•Able to multi-task and work independently, with good time-management and organizational skills.

Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and brand positioning in the training and workforce development space.

This role focuses on creating engaging content, showcasing programmes and impact, and driving awareness and leads across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with training programmes, events, and campaigns
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and captions to highlight training impact, success stories, and industry insights
• Capture and produce content during training sessions, workshops, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
• Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and analytics to optimise content strategy
• Support brand awareness initiatives and lead generation through digital channels
• Stay updated on industry trends (training, workforce transformation, HR, L&D) and social media best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation
  (experience in training, education, HR, or professional services is a plus)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social platforms for B2B marketing
• Basic photography and videography skills (comfortable capturing live training sessions/events)
• Proficient in content creation and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
• Strong sense of storytelling, branding, and content positioning
• Good copywriting skills, especially for professional and corporate audiences
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Interest in training, learning & development, and workforce transformation is an advantage
