RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, from pre-event coordination to on-site delivery
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee timelines and ensure milestones are met across multiple concurrent projects
- Assist with event setup planning, layouts, and on-site operations
- Ensure all event documentation and deliverables are accurate and well-organised
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Event Management or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in events, administration, or coordination roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work after office hours nearer to event date when required
