• Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary Range: $3,800- $4,800
  

Job Scope:

International Event Implementation

• Manage end-to-end coordination of international events, including vendor management, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution

• Oversee participant logistics such as RSVP tracking, travel coordination, and on-site event operations

• Support post-event processes, including documentation of outcomes and follow-up actions for relevant workstreams

General Support

• Assist in coordinating initiatives across One Health-related areas, including planning and administrative support

• Prepare communication materials and support the organisation of workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities

• Provide secretariat support, including scheduling, documentation, note-taking, and research or briefing materials where required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, from pre-event coordination to on-site delivery
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee timelines and ensure milestones are met across multiple concurrent projects
• Assist with event setup planning, layouts, and on-site operations
• Ensure all event documentation and deliverables are accurate and well-organised

• Diploma in Event Management or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in events, administration, or coordination roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work after office hours nearer to event date when required
