We are seeking a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the position of Risk Management Manager. The incumbent will report directly to the Head of Risk Management Department and will be providing support to the Department Head in preparing risk management reports used for monitoring the risk position, performance evaluation and checking of compliance with established limits and guidelines and checking the reports to identify any notable excesses in Market and Liquidity Risk area. Responsibilities

• Provide quality Management and Administrative support

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field

OPERATIONS

· Processes all Purchase Orders including entering and maintaining Supplier information, confirming orders acknowledgement and working with Sales department.

· Verifies POs to ensure that shipping and billing information, products, services and suppliers sequences are accurately entered into the system.

· Responds to suppliers requests and POs-related inquiries

· Ensures POs requests are in compliance with company policies and practices

· Liaison with freight forwarders on import/export shipping documents & shipment of goods.

Requirement:

· 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Fulfillment

· Prior experience in handling Exports and related documents

· Proficiency in SAP Systems

· Identifies and delegates responsibilities to the service team to ensure excellent service is consistently achieved

· Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales

· Provide training, coaching, and feedback to service team and assess level of performance on an ongoing basis

· Monitor and maintain the POS system to ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to

· Competently perform administrative and back-end duties to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant

· Ensure strict adherence to company policies, processes and procedures at all times

·        Assessment and training of procurement engineer.

·        Lecturer in internal procurement related business.

·        Handling of business assigned by the supervisor.

·        Implement alternatives for raw materials, spare parts, maintenance services, etc

Job Requirements:

·        Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering, supply chain & logistic management discipline

·        8 years of relevant working experience in Wafer fab / Semiconductor procurement activity.  

·        Min 5 years of proven track record in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities.

·        Highly driven, motivated and resourceful .

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills .

·        Proficient in MS Office and good data analytical skill
