Position: Conservation Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the progress of site works and submissions related to the conservation of historic buildings.
2. Track, coordinate, and maintain proper records of RFA/RFI submissions to consultants for review and approval.
3. Plan and monitor repair and restoration works of conserved building elements to ensure completion within the project timeline.
4. Prepare Method Statements and conduct pre-condition surveys.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and specialists to ensure proper sequencing of works in line with the master programme.
6. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of required materials.
7. Attend and coordinate trade demonstrations when necessary.
8. Provide regular weekly updates on work progress, manpower, and resource status for the historic building.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or conservation projects; experience in historic building conservation will be an advantage.
3. Familiar with submission processes such as RFI/RFA and documentation requirements.
4. Basic knowledge of conservation guidelines and restoration techniques is preferred.
5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
6. Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
7. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
9. Willing to work on-site and adapt to project-based environments.
10. Candidates with experience in Singapore projects will be preferred.

Design, implement & management of materials required for FPSO refurbishment & upgrades including but not limiting to purchasing, inventory & inspection etc.

Liaising with suppliers regarding FPSO materials requirements, safety compliances, prices, quality, lead time prior to procurement.

Timeline planning & efficient procurement schedule for FPSO materials to facilitate commissioning.

May be required to perform market research, research providers & validate factors that may affect procurement planning, forecasting & purchasing.

Coordinate with departments to ensure efficiency of all materials provided.

Prepare required documents & drawings for materials delivery sites and efficient work schedule.

Knowledge in FPSO refurbishment / upgrading works.

Knowledge in FPSO structure & AutoCAD drawings.

Certification, training & experience in managing hazardous goods.
