We are seeking a proactive and analytical Staffing Partner/Resource Management Specialist to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and resource optimization across business units. This role is responsible for aligning talent supply with business demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation, improving workforce utilization, and supporting staffing strategies that drive operational excellence.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Operations teams to support staffing activities, maintain workforce visibility, and ensure the right talent is deployed to the right opportunities while minimizing bench time and maximizing business performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, Management, or a related discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Resource Allocation

- Support short- and mid-term workforce planning by maintaining rolling staffing forecasts based on project demand, resource availability, attrition, and hiring plans.

- Partner with delivery and business teams to align staffing requirements with available talent and business priorities.

- Maintain visibility of workforce capacity, skills inventory, and resource availability to support staffing decisions.

- Assist in implementing workforce strategies, including build, buy, and borrow approaches, to meet evolving business needs.

- Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding staffing assignments and resource allocation.

Resource Optimization & Staffing Operations

- Monitor bench utilization and proactively identify redeployment opportunities to maximize billable utilization.

- Support talent matching by maintaining accurate employee profiles, skills inventories, and staffing data.

- Assist in pre-sales staffing activities by identifying suitable internal talent for project opportunities.

- Track workforce utilization metrics and support initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and improve staffing efficiency.

- Maintain resource management systems and ensure staffing information remains accurate and up to date.

Operational Excellence & Governance

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across resource management systems and project assignments.

- Monitor staffing KPIs such as fulfillment rates, resource utilization, and staffing turnaround times.

- Identify staffing risks, resource gaps, and potential delivery challenges while working with stakeholders to implement solutions.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting process standardization, automation, and adoption of AI-enabled tools.

- Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and staffing analytics to support business planning and decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to provide workforce insights and support hiring strategies.

- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify upskilling opportunities based on future resource demand.

- Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams to support workforce mobility, engagement, and operational planning.

- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and staffing execution.

About The Role: 

Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client’s gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes.  The role combines deep functional implementation expertise with project oversight responsibilities for subcontracted partner-led deployments and partner subscription delivery services. 

The role is primarily responsible for enabling, guiding and supporting partners in the design, implementation, configuration, testing, training and go-live support for Kyriba clients, while also providing governance and operational oversight across projects delivered by partners. The successful candidate will act as a connectivity and functional expert and delivery steward for partner-led implementations, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver in line with Kyriba methodology, quality expectations and customer commitments. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is expected to operate with an approximate focus on 70% Senior Implementation consultant responsibilities and 30% Project Manager / partner oversight responsibilities.

Senior Implementation Consultant Responsibilities, (70%)

• Support partners in leading solution design workshops and translating business requirements into Kyriba solution designs. 

• Guide partners in the preparation of solution design documentation, including blueprint and related functional deliverables. 

• Provide expert functional and solutioning support to partners for Kyriba implementations across relevant modules. 

• Advise partners on configuration approaches, workflow design and testing strategy within client environments. 

• Support partners during testing, go-live preparation and post-go-live stabilization as needed. 

• Deliver training, coaching and knowledge transfer to partners to strengthen their implementation capability. This extends the SIC training responsibilities toward partner enablement based on the original training and certification focus.

    Education, Experience and Skills

    • 5 to 7+ years of experience in treasury management system implementations, corporate treasury, professional services, SaaS, fintech, ERP or other relevant financial systems environments, aligned with the seniority expected of the Senior Implementation Consultant role. 

    • Strong implementation consulting experience, including solution design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support. 

    • Experience working with partners, subcontractors, resellers or third-party delivery teams is strongly preferred.

    • Experience overseeing or managing software implementation projects, particularly where delivery is performed by external or partner teams. 

    • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and change governance effectively.

Whatwill you be doing

· Develop and managestrategic relationships with key agency groups, advertisers, resellers, andbusiness partners across APAC.

· Drive revenue growth byidentifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing businessrelationships across multiple markets.

· Collaborate closely withAccount Managers, Client Partners, and cross-functional teams to developscalable go-to-market initiatives.

· Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders and position Pinterest as a strategic growth partner within the digital ecosystem.

· Build and execute regional partnership strategies that accelerate acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.

· Analyze market trends, business performance, and partnership opportunities to identify areas for expansion and optimization.

· Support forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

· Partner with global teams including product, marketing, operations, and partnerships to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

· Represent Pinterest at industry events, leadership forums, and partner engagements across APAC.

· Foster strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

What You Need for This Role?

· 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or platform partnerships.

· Proven experience leadingregional or multi-market teams within APAC.

· Strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and scaling advertising businesses.

· Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives and major agencies.

· Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic planning capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

· Experience building scalable operational processes and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment.

· Business-level fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or additional Asian languages is a strong plus.

· Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools.

· Experience working withagencies, resellers, or platform partnerships is highly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree required.
