We have an immediate opening in a Head of Contracts/Contracts Manager in Ang Mo Kio Town Council. The Head of Contracts/Contracts Manager is a direct hire by AMKTC and oversees the Council’s procurement and contract management functions, ensuring that all contracts for services, maintenance, and works are administered efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with relevant government regulations and policies. The role ensures value-for-money procurement and effective vendor performance management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Tender Management

• Lead the planning and execution of procurement strategies for Council projects and services.

• Manage tender processes including preparation of tender specifications, evaluation criteria, and recommendation reports.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Product & Tech Development Collaboration

• Embed trademark expertise into the product. Work side-by-side with engineers, AI/ML, and product managers to translate Singapore and international trademark law, IPOS practice, and day-to-day prosecution workflows into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Validate AI outputs. Review and quality-test AI outputs across trademark search, clearance opinions, Nice classification, goods/services drafting, office action responses, and portfolio analytics. Flag inaccuracies, hallucinations, and edge cases.

2. Commercial & External Engagement

• Represent the company externally. Partner with the commercial team to meet, pitch, and educate trademark agencies, IP law firms, and corporate IP teams in Singapore on what our AI product does, where it fits in their workflow, and how to adopt it.

Your Mission

This position is responsible for managing and addressing various tax-related matters to minimise tax risks through the review of tax filings and the provision of tax guidelines and standards for business activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented,trustworthy and proactive Treasury Specialist to support the Group's treasury operations and cash management activities across multiple entities and bank accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily banking operations, payment execution, cash reporting,bank account administration, and treasury coordination for multiple companies within the Group. This role requires close collaboration with finance teams across different locations and regular communication with banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury & Cash Management

• Manage daily treasury operations for multiple entities within the Group.
• Monitor and maintain multiple corporate bank accounts across different banks and jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate bank deposit journals and cash transaction records.
• Monitor account balances and liquidity positions to ensure adequate funding for operational requirements.

Payment Processing & Banking Operations

• Process payments accurately and timely in accordance with approved internal workflows and authorization procedures.
• Execute payments based on approved OA (Office Automation) and internal approval processes.
• Coordinate intercompany fund transfers where required.

Bank Account Administration
