• To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors' site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.

• To enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and sub-contractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.

• To keep track, monitor and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings materials and "ASBUILT" drawings.

Required

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master’s Degree Holder

• Min 3 to 5 years’ of experience in managing or handling commercial building construction projects

• Candidates with some MEP design experiences will be added advantages

• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment

• Able to commit to 6 day work week due to the tight project timeline

• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects from conception through completion
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data including maps, reports, tests, drawings, photographs, and surveys
• Prepare detailed blueprints and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies to assess project viability and structural integrity
• Assess potential risks, materials, and costs, and prepare accurate budget estimates
• Ensure projects comply with legal requirements, health and safety standards, and zoning regulations
• Liaise with architects, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and government officials throughout project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and compile regular status reports
• Oversee and mentor staff while managing project resources and timelines
• Prepare and submit permit applications and technical documentation
• Develop comprehensive plans for repairs, maintenance, and replacement of existing infrastructure
• Perform quantity calculations and adjust designs for practical and budgetary purposes
• Inspect project sites to ensure compliance with codes and proper construction progress

Responsibilities

·               Superviselogistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multipleproject sites.

·               Reviewoperational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, andlogistics costs.

Requirements

·               Degree or Diplomain Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or relatedfield.

·               Minimum 8–12years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleetmanagement.

·               At least 3–5years of managerial experience in the construction industry.

·               Experiencemanaging cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower.

·               Familiar withSingapore construction industry practices and operational requirements.
