AREAS OFRESPONSIBILITY

EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage diverse external accounting tasks, maintain client accounts, and prepare financial reports and GST submissions independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage external accounting assignments across various industries to deliver accurate financial records
• Maintain complete sets of accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
• Perform financial management and monthly/quarterly accounting tasks for clients to support business operations
• Prepare clients’ year-end accounts and submit timely management reports to facilitate informed decision-making
• Compile quarterly GST schedules and ensure accurate and punctual GST submissions to regulatory authorities
• Independently prioritize and multitask accounting duties while proactively communicating progress and challenges
• Collaborate effectively within teams or work autonomously to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or Business Studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software to streamline accounting processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues
• Ability to meet deadlines with commitment and maintain a positive, hardworking attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, develop, and grow new accounts across merchant units in Singapore
• Strategize and implement approaches to drive merchant growth and boost overall revenue through partnerships.
• Oversee and manage all processes involved in finalizing brand partnerships, including lead generation, prospecting, establishing initial contact, conducting meetings, managing contracts, onboarding, integration, and post-partnership follow-up.
• Define success measures for each partnership and execute strategies to enhance merchant performance and revenue generation.
• Maintain optimal operational relationships with corporate merchant accounts
• Provide consistent support and communication to ensure merchant satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist with lead generation by segmenting merchant types and identifying partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain catalog profiles for client proposals and ensure alignment with merchant needs.
• Support administrative processes, including contract filing and maintaining internal tracking sheets.
• Prepare and maintain weekly reports in collaboration with Line Managers to ensure deliverables are being tracked and met.
• Work closely with international teams, providing support for all projects related to Singapore
• Coordinatewith cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with merchants, ensuring timely and accurate announcements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated merchant queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all in-house technology and services available to merchants.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the Partnership team's objectives.

• Minimum2-3 years of sales or partnership experience (is a big plus)
• Good commercial awareness

• Excellent written communication and communication skill. Fluent in English.
