• Compile audit schedules and provide responses to audit inquiries
• Ensure all financial transactions adhere to established processes and internal controls
• Identify and escalate upstream discrepancies impacting Finance, such as incorrect pricing, quantities, tax codes, or missing documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Job Requirement:

• Prepare and maintain andmaintain employee payroll records

Minimum Requirement:

Responsibilities:

• Manages warehouse operation matters to ensure receiving, inspection, put away, picking, issuance & transportation are all in good order
• Resolves discrepancy found on delivered equipment & material upon receiving
• Ensures proper gathering and distribution of all records, forms and reports pertaining to the receiving, storage, movement and control of equipment/ materials
• Ensures on time delivery of correct material to the correct end user at the right place
• Monitors stock levels daily to prevent stock out and initiate re-order when required
• Monitors and carry out preservation activities on equipment packages
• Monitors and carry out scrap tenders

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and promptly record customer receipts and payments into the accounting system.

• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up with customers or sales personnel on payment discrepancies.

• Attend to administrative and billing-related enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, including issuance of certified true copies (CTC) invoices, credit notes (CN), and debit notes (DN).

• Prepare and distribute periodic reports on debtor balances and cash-on-delivery (COD) outstanding amounts.

• Collect cash receipts and ensure timely and secure banking of cash collections.

• Issue ad-hoc debit and credit notes for intercompany transactions, customers, or suppliers as required.

• Manage petty cash, including processing staff reimbursements and maintaining proper records.

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of Statements of Accounts (SOA) to customers and sales personnel.

• Support credit control activities to ensure timely collection of receivables.

• Assist with bank reconciliation processes.

• Provide general support to the Finance Department, including administrative duties such as document preparation, scanning, and filing.

• Participate in company events and operational activities, including stock takes, when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience in the F&B wholesale or retail industry will be an advantage.

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage trade documentation for commodities trading, including contracts, invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents
• Liaise with clients and maintain day-to-day business communication for trading activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Shipping/Logistics teams) to ensure smooth execution of trade transactions
• Monitor shipment progress, including vessel nomination, loading, and discharge, to support contract fulfilment
• Review inspection reports at loading and discharge ports, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues where necessary
• Maintain proper documentation records and perform data consolidation and reporting
• Conduct market research and provide updates on commodities such as bauxite, coal, and iron ore
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Shipping, International Trade, Logistics, Mining, or related fields
• Prior experience in commodities trading, shipping, or trade operations is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
