Job Description & Requirements

• Handle hotel guest check in/out including handling of payments.
• Provide quality service to hotel guest requests efficiently and courteously during their check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Provide accurate and updated information upon hotel guest request; have good knowledge of products, services, pricing, special promotional offers for professional guest services.
• Prompt attention to hotel guest feedbacks and carry out service recovery measures where required.
• Assist reservation to update allotment, handle enquiries and ensure all reservations information is accurate
• Work closely with front office and reservation team for operational issues and maximize room sales.
• Able to work on rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends and public holiday.

We are seeking compassionate and responsible individuals to support daily cemetery operations at Choa Chu Kang. This role ensures dignified and professional burial services, assisting with both traditional soil and crypt
burials while maintaining high standards of safety and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and restore burial plots, including manual digging when needed
• Assist with traditional and crypt burials, and coordinate machinery operations
• Supervise ground staff and ensure safe, efficient practices
• Liaise with authorities and communicate professionally with families
• Maintain accurate daily records, documentation, and handle simple paperwork.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a bereavement environment
• Able to handle basic digging and operational tools
• Strong English communication skills for liaising with authorities and families
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Prior experience in cemetery or related operations is a plus; supervisory experience is advantageous.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage regional finance operations by preparing month end closing of accounts, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliations, and both statutory and management reporting. You will be responsible for checking and verifying supporting documents for payments and liaising with suppliers for day-to-day financial accounting functions. Your responsibilities include preparing remittances and FAST payments via online banking systems, as well as handling cheque payments and compiling relevant business documentation for banking processes. You will enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system and maintain accurate financial records and statements. Additionally, you will record and process all business transactions using double-entry accounting principles, including those relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance costs. You will record transactions relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash while retrieving system reports for management use and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Accounting; professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly regarded.

• Relevant years of experience in finance and accounting in a multinational environment.

• Strong technical proficiency in double-entry accounting, including recording transactions for inventory, accruals, and capital structure.

• Experience with online banking systems for FAST payments and remittances, alongside a detail-oriented approach to maintaining financial records.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with suppliers and manage day-to-day financial functions professionally.

• Advanced English verbal and written skills and experience navigating multicultural corporate environments.

• A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the resilience to work independently in a regional role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

• Supporting the Families for Life @ Community (FFLC) team in the administration of various parenting & marriage programmes & talks.
• Planning and organizing Outreach activities to partners, setting up booths/talks for Life Community (FFLC) events
• Liaising with Volunteers to support the programmes - poster design, seminar & group session logistics.
• Maintaining statistics, database & assisting in submission of statistics reports
• Sourcing for quotes to purchase programme materials
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects eg. working with vendor on video production
• Attending internal & external meetings
• Attending to email and phone queries
• Checking stocks for programme materials
• Main administrative point of contact for external stakeholders
• Assisting and supporting the Centre Head where necessary
• Any other duties assigned by the Centre Head / Chief Family Services
• Provides Supervised Access, Supervised Transfer and Supported Access services for children in and out of home care and the management of children.
• Provides counseling, assessment and intervention to children and their family members that focusses on reunification and the improvement of parent and child relationships.
• Liaises with the Protection Officer concerned on matters relating to the access, case management and significant incidents, if any during the access.
• Liaises with the foster parents or children's homes regarding the transportation of the child.
• Prepares and submits Progress Reports to MSF in a timely manner and to submit billing for the case.
• Attends case conferences and review meetings with MSF.
• Complies with guidelines in the administration and management of the case pertaining to case files, reports and record-keeping.

Pre-programme

• Discussing with parents/couples & scheduling sessions (in discussion with Prog IC)
• Administrative work related to registration - Setting up registration forms, sending out registration forms, sending reminders, keeping track and following up with registrants on session details.
• Designing and disseminating posters to schools, community partners & clients to recruit participants

During Programme

• Logistical / technical set-up for physical or online sessions - Seminars, Talks, Group programmes
• Managing logistical issues for physical & online seminars/group programmes
• Attending to queries (in consultation with Prog IC)

Post-Programme

• Following-up with participants on their interest in other programmes, attendance & materials
• Following-up with absent participants
• Collation of Human Interest Stories (HIS)
• Updating database on attendees

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling.
• Relevant experience in a social service is highly advantageous.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proactive learner with a strong willingness to pick up new processes.
• Keen interest in being involved in Programme Administration within a social service environment.
