Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily electrical works on-site for residential (HDB/condo) and commercial projects
• Ensure all installations comply with CP5, CP88, and relevant Singapore electrical and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Review electrical drawings, method statements, and technical specifications
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensure proper implementation of temporary electrical installations (as per CP88)
• Monitor work progress and resolve site issues promptly
• Enforce workplace safety practices and risk assessments
• Prepare reports, site updates, and documentation for project tracking
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients when required

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HDB, condo, or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of CP5 and CP88 standards
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Familiar with Singapore safety regulations and site practices
• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in testing & commissioning
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and ELV systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

As a member of the operations team, you will perform a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

This role is based in Tuas Loop.

Job Duties:

• Conduct testing of environmental samples of wastewater, trade effluent. Leaching test of building materials. Suitability test of water
• Conduct chemical analysis using wet chemistry methods, HACH & APHA methodologies as well as ICP, TOC, IC, FTIR, UV_VIS instrumentation.
• Ensure reagents preparation, QA/QC and test methods are in compliance with ISO 17025 requirement.
• Upkeep equipment calibration, maintenance, and verification for lab quality management compliance.
• Perform sampling & on site testing when required
• Maintain 5S, Lab Safety Management and Chemical Inventory.
• Ensure chemicals and consumables availability and request for replenishment when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process or Analytical course
• Proficient in using equipment eg IC, ICPMS, ICPOES, GC-MS could be added advantage
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts
• Ability to analyze and compile testing data from the tests performed

1. Review architectural drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings, material catalogues, and submissions in accordance with design intent for approval.

2. Support the Project Manager in overseeing daily site operations to ensure works are carried out in compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

3. Distribute drawings to subcontractors and coordinate with them to resolve technical and design-related issues.

4. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives on all project-related matters.

5. Attend and participate in regular project meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and address issues.

6. Collaborate with Architectural Consultants on submissions to relevant authorities and statutory boards.
