Role Overview

The Project Co-Ordinator cum BIM is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) deliverables for engineering projects. As a PD Engineer, you will take ideas from conception through process development then implementation in our manufacturing facilities. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also run the projects of highly technical nature. This role is essential to the success of Micron’s products and may require business-related travel. Primary areas of responsibility include Plasma-CVD or Thermal Diffusion process and film characterization, optimization, design, troubleshooting, process transfer and fundamental research.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage manpower deployment and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• BCSS, CSOC, or other relevant construction certifications will be an advantage.

Supervise day-to-day renovation and interior fit-out works on site

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting works

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and site requirements

Monitor work progress and report site updates to project manager

Carry out basic site checks to ensure workmanship quality meets company standards

Assist in resolving basic site issues and coordinate rectification works when required

Ensure site is kept safe and follows basic Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements

Assist in receiving and checking construction materials delivered to site

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation / interior fit-out / construction works

Experience in supervising small to medium renovation sites preferred

Able to understand construction drawings and instructions

Familiar with carpentry, partition, ceiling, or M&E coordination work is an advantage

Able to work with subcontractors and coordinate site activities

Willing to work in construction site environment

Basic communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is an advantage)

Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions

Optional Requirements (if needed for listing enhancement)

Prior experience in Singapore construction or renovation industry preferred

Able to work under tight deadlines and multiple site conditions

Team player with good on-site coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plans and lays out work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions using a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools, and standard measuring instruments, makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, and selects materials necessary for the work
• Ensures and delivers an adequate supply of tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete jobs are at work sites as required
• Uses hand and power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and related materials to specification
• Uses hand and power tools to fabricate, install and repair solid surface materials (countertops, partitions and wall surfaces)
• Joins materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
• Ensures adequate supplies of tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete jobs are at work sites as required
• Repairs and perform minor furniture repair

• $4,500 to $6,000 Basic + Transport

• Sales & Business Development by building networks and relationship with clients & business partners to identify business opportunities in Singapore

• Technical solution & collaboration by providing pre-sales technical support  and on-site support for robotic/ automation project

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree

• At least 2 years of sales or business development experience

• Strong technical background in Robotics

• Familiarity with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) has an advantage

Job Description

-Monitor project progress against established timelines and address any deviations or delays proactively.
