Purpose

Volunteer Engagement & Appreciation

• Develop marketing collaterals to engage volunteers and update them of the latest volunteering opportunities, including but not limited to eDMs, 3rd-party platforms and volunteer webpage on MINDS website.

• Produce Tokens of Appreciation for partners on alternate years to recognise their contributions and on-going support for MINDS.

Events Management

• Organise the biennial MINDS Volunteer and Donor Appreciation Day.

• Represent and facilitate MINDS' participation in key community events such as Purple Parade.

• Support events/activities organised by the department.

Fund Raising / Donor Development

• Encourage community stakeholders to donate or fundraise in support of MINDS' fundraising campaigns.

• Conceptualise and manage Colours of Inclusivity fundraising campaign.

• Explore new ways or platforms to reach out to new donors, including establishing new partnerships to enhance MINDS' fundraising efforts.

• Develop strategies to grow the base of recurring individual donors and improve donation outcomes.

Dept Support and Team Management

• Support the Director in managing Dept budget and preparing reports to Senior Management, Board etc.

• Plan and guide a team of executives to achieve team and dept goals.

• Degree in Project Management / Social Work & Community Development/ Human Resource/ Mass Communications/ Marketing or relevant subjects. 

• At least 5 years of management experience preferably in corporate PR/marketing communication/social service project management function.  
• Excellent project management and events coordination skills. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Knowledge/skill in Microsoft Office and relevant software   
• Capable of handling multiple projects and the ability to work with tight deadlines 

Our client, a well-established, Asset management company is looking for a Fund Manager responsible for managing investment portfolios across asset classes, driving performance in line with mandate objectives, and contributing to the firm’s overall investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee investment portfolios (e.g., equities, fixed income, multi-asset, or alternatives) in accordance with mandate guidelines
• Develop and implement investment strategies, including asset allocation, security selection, and portfolio construction
• Conduct in-depth fundamental and/or quantitative research on markets, sectors, and individual securities
• Monitor market trends, macroeconomic developments, and geopolitical events to identify investment opportunities and risks
• Execute trades and manage portfolio risk exposure, ensuring alignment with internal risk limits and regulatory requirements
• Perform portfolio performance analysis, attribution, and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with analysts, traders, and risk/compliance teams to ensure effective investment decision-making
• Engage with clients, distributors, and stakeholders on portfolio updates and investment outlooks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS) and internal investment policies
• Contribute to new product development, including fund launches (e.g., VCC structures, new strategies)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant investment experience, with a track record in portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, and investment instruments
• Proven ability in portfolio construction and risk management
• Experience managing institutional or high-net-worth client portfolios preferred
• Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
