Responsibilities

1. Surf Guest Experience & Onboarding

• Welcome and engage guests arriving for surf sessions

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised recommendations

• Guide guests through onboarding: Registration & waivers, Safety briefings and session expectations, Flow of the surf session, Log book orientation

4. Guest Education & Experience Enhancement

• Educate guests on: Basic surf techniques and expectations, Session flow and progression levels

• Oversee compliance with Workplace Safety & Health, environmental protection, and security regulations within terminal operations
• Act as the appointed Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Fire Safety Manager (FSM), and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), including coordination with relevant internal teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ACMV projects, preventive maintenance schedules (PMS), delivery, and installation together with the project team.
