Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in on-site shift scheduling and ensure normal attendance and clock-in according to assigned shifts.

2. Conduct daily equipment inspections, routine checks, maintenance, and servicing, with proper records, and prepare documentation.

3. Troubleshoot and repair on-site equipment failures to ensure stable operation.

4. Submit maintenance checklists, fault report tickets, spare-parts request forms, and spare-parts consumption records; all cases must be properly documented.

1. Day to day management of operations on site.

2. Regular monitoring and liaison with project manager on the development of scheduled program.

3. Liaise with project manager to ensure adequate resources for the completion of construction work.

4. Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics.

5. Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.

6. Liaise with clients, professional staff (e.g. surveyors, technicians, government authorities etc.) and public.

7. Fulfil the role of mentor as and when required.

8. Control and monitor site wastages in accordance with the company’s material wastage policy.

9. Carry out site safety inspections.

10. Ensuring all site documents are complete and up to date.

11. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

12. Ensure site team and sub-contractors are following standard operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day execution of site works including leading the teams and maximizing worker productivity, and ensuring work is completed in a specified time period.

• Safety & Compliance: To implement Traffic Control Plans (TCP) to keep both workers and the public safe near active construction worksites.

• Project Reporting : To perform site surveys and are responsible for updating daily work progress reports to the Project Managers.

Job Requirements

• Must possess BCA Certificate in Pavement Construction / Diploma  in Civil Engineering (min 5 years exp) / Degree in Civil Engineering

• Must be able to work night shift.
• Possess valid driving license.

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Delivery Experts (Banking Technology) with strong banking IT backgrounds in Hong Kong and Singapore.

This role is a senior individual contributor position, focusing on delivering and leading complex banking technology implementations across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring successful implementation of large-scale banking transformation projects, while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Leadership (Technical Focus)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking technology solutions

• Translate business and functional requirements into implementable technical solutions

• Drive solution implementation across core banking, payments, digital channels or integration layers

• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards

• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to execute solution designs

Client Engagement

• Engage with client stakeholders (IT, architecture, and business teams) to drive project alignment

• Act as a key technical point of contact during delivery phases

• Support client discussions on implementation approach, system integration and solution feasibility

• Build trust with client teams through strong delivery and technical expertise

Implementation & Project Execution

• Lead or support large-scale system implementation, migration, or transformation programs

• Drive system integration across multiple platforms (core banking, payment systems, APIs, middleware)

• Identify and resolve technical delivery risks and challenges

• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams

Market & Industry Insight

• Stay updated on banking technology trends (core banking, payments, digital banking)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related field

• 10+ years of experience in banking IT delivery / implementation roles

• Strong hands-on experience in banking systems (core banking, payments, channels, integration)

• Proven experience in large-scale banking system implementation or transformation projects

• Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, middleware and enterprise systems

• Ability to translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions

• Experience working with internal and client technical teams

• Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities

Language Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English (required)

• Mandarin is important to support collaboration with clients and headquarters in China

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking technology environments (core banking, payments, digital platforms)

• Background from system integrators, technology vendors or consulting firms

• Experience working across international markets

• Experience in enterprise systems implementation or solution delivery roles
