PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Senior Vice President (SVP), Long-Term Contracts Management.

• Lead LNG delivery management of DGE’s long-term LNG purchases and sales contracts in relation to projects that Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) has equity LNG liftings, including direct communication with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 10 years of in-depth experience within the LNG industry, preferably with major oil and gas company, and experience ranging from LNG marketing, development of new LNG projects, LNG value-chain contract negotiations, LNG operation and scheduling.

• Proven track record in successful implementation of LNG deliveries as well as direct buyer engagements and negotiations, especially with Japanese counterparts.

• Extensive experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment including leading and managing such a team. Extensive experiences in overseas assignment preferable.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the company’s construction operations, focusing on structural works projects in Singapore. You will drive business performance, project execution, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the company’s construction operations and strategic initiatives to achieve business growth
• Manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and compliance with Singapore regulations
• Lead business development activities including preparing tenders, negotiating contracts, and acquiring new clients
• Drive financial performance by budgeting, controlling costs, and optimizing profits across projects
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, and site personnel to enhance team performance
• Plan and deploy manpower effectively while fostering workforce development and skills enhancement
• Manage contractual issues such as claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution to protect company interests
• Implement process improvements and adopt digital solutions to increase operational efficiency and productivity

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project execution
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• At least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall marine operations, ensuring smooth execution across all vessels/projects
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and service delivery
• Oversee daily operations, including vessel performance, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards
• Manage and mentor operations teams, driving performance and accountability
• Liaise with clients, charterers, and key stakeholders to ensure service excellence and strong relationships
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and cost performance, identifying areas for optimization
• Handle escalation of operational issues and provide strategic solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• 10–15 years of maritime experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in vessel operations / fleet management
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of commercial operations, contracts, and cost control
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, decision-driven environment

Our Client, a market-leading integrated solutions provider, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Relationship Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT / Construction / General sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
• Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
• Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance
• 2–4 years of sales experience
• Proven experience in dealing with clients in the IT / Construction / General industry
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams

• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Officehours, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary: Up till $3,000 basic + allowances + commission + incentive and bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
