Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Singapore office to ensure efficient business functioning
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for marine pump products to increase regional market share
• Manage and nurture key customer relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and distributors to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Act as the primary liaison between Singapore operations and headquarters in Japan to align business objectives and communication
• Interpret and communicate technical specifications, commercial terms, and corporate directives from headquarters to local teams and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Europe
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet company financial targets

Required competencies and certifications
