Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Management: Coordinate and manage the interfaces between trackwork and other engineering disciplines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of trackwork projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with trackwork interfaces, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes for trackwork, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, addressing any issues related to trackwork interfaces.

Job Description

• Transporting earthwork from site to site
• Perform daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness.
• Drive in a safe manner at all time and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic

Requirements:

• Class 4 License
• Proven working experience & good driving record
• Familiar with Singapore route

Key Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions: Recording financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
• Maintain financial records: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records by organizing and filing documents, including invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other supporting documents.
• Month-end and year-end closing activities: Month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and generating financial reports.
• Accounts Payable functions: Processing vendor invoices, preparing payments, and managing customer invoices.
• Accounts Receivable functions: Issuing invoices, credit note, and statement of accounts and collections.
• Liaise with external parties for related matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
