Job Description

The Operations Assistant is involved in the day-to-day operations and assists his/her Supervisor in managing and planning daily operations including arranging for crane operators, or boat captains for deployment, as well as assigning the mechanic teams to attend to machinery breakdown or maintenance. • Position Title: Healthcare Assistant
• Working Location: Island wide
• Working Hours: 6 working days (Rotating shift)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $1,047 + Housing Allowance $500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Contract Role (2 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist in transporting residents to appointments and activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Follow care plans and documentation procedures accurately
