Position Summary

The Junior Executive (Admin / Clerical) supports the Administrative Manager in handling daily administrative operations, with a focus on regulatory documentation and compliance matters.

This role requires a highly organised and meticulous individual who can ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Admin Manager in handling regulatory documents and compliance matters
• Prepare, organize and maintain proper filing of regulatory and administrative documents
• Support submission and tracking of documents to relevant authorities
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records in line with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on administrative matters
• Maintain and update document tracking systems and databases
• Handle correspondence, emails, and official documentation
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
• Ensure deadlines for regulatory submissions and documentation are met

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
