As an Advanced Packaging Characterization Engineer within Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD), your responsibilities include but are not limited to providing package development characterization and failure analysis support for development test vehicles, qualifications, customer returns, new product introduction, and general test failures. • Report on the project’s current and projected BIM implementation status.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Preferably with at least 3 years of BIM experience as a Project level BIM Manager role in a large scale or infrastructure project and has completed on full project cycle at design phase or construction phase.

• Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authoring software’s modelling course by the software vendor’s authorised training provider.  Candidate certified with Digital Delivery Lead (Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Tier 2)will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned duties and report progress to the project team in line with programme and criteria.
