Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement ofshipyard facilities, infrastructure, and operational equipment. This role will be responsible for leading maintenance operations, managing facility upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and supporting overall yard operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in industrial facilities, heavy equipment maintenance, asset management, and contractor coordination within shipyard, marine, or large-scale industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and planned maintenance programs for shipyard facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities and operational readiness of critical assets.
• Oversee the upkeep and servicing of heavy equipment, cranes, material handling systems, vehicles, and workshop machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with quality management and ISO requirements.
• Ensure workshops, office facilities, docking areas, slipways, piers, and operational infrastructure remain safe, functional, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide facility and equipment support for day-to-day shipyard activities.
• Manage facility enhancement, infrastructure improvement, and maintenance projects to ensure delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, equipment replacement plans, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Evaluate and approve equipment, tools, and machinery used by subcontractors operating within the yard.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors engaged in maintenance, infrastructure development, and facility improvement works.
• Ensure proper management and disposal of hazardous materials and industrial waste in compliance with local environmental regulations.
• Monitor company assets and provide recommendations for asset acquisition, replacement, disposal, and lifecycle management.
• Manage equipment rental requirements and ensure effective utilization of resources supporting yard operations.
• Prepare periodic maintenance and facility performance reports for management review.
• Act as the focal point for facility-related issues, ensuring timely investigation, corrective actions, and resolution of reported defects.
• Participate in environmental, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing shipyard operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience managing facilities, maintenance operations, or industrial assets within shipyard, marine, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and contractor supervision.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, maintenance documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing heavy equipment, cranes, industrial machinery, and facility infrastructure will be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial due to stakeholder coordination requirements.
• Willingness to be based full-time in Batam, Indonesia.

Primary Responsibility

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will lead the overall visual merchandising strategy and execution across retail locations, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and commercially effective customer experience.

This role goes beyond visual presentation—it is about translating brand identity into compelling retail experiences that drive sales performance and customer engagement. Leveraging sales data, inventory insights, customer behaviour, and brand guidelines, you will ensure strong visual execution across all retail touchpoints.

You will be both a strategic leader and hands-on executor, balancing creativity with commercial objectives while ensuring brand consistency across multiple locations and markets.

Areas of Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and window displays that align with brand objectives while driving sales performance through data-driven insights.
• Create compelling in-store presentations that enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and overall shopping experience.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed across all retail locations.
• Regularly review and refresh store layouts and displays to maximise commercial opportunities and improve customer flow.

New Store Openings & Expansion Support

• Plan and support visual merchandising rollouts for new store openings, including pre-opening planning, store set-up, merchandising installation, and launch execution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure visual standards are established and maintained from store opening onwards.
• Support seasonal updates, renovations, relocations, and special retail projects as required.

Commercial & Sales Performance

• Analyse sales trends, customer traffic, inventory levels, and product performance to develop effective merchandising strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve sell-through rates through strategic product placement and presentation.
• Ensure visual merchandising decisions support key business objectives and commercial targets.

Customer Experience & Brand Storytelling

• Curate engaging and customer-centric displays that effectively communicate brand stories, campaigns, and product features.
• Create immersive retail environments that enhance the customer journey and strengthen brand perception.
• Adapt visual presentations to meet the needs of different customer profiles and retail environments.

Campaign& Seasonal Rollouts

• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and promotional activities across all stores.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives while maintaining consistency across locations.
• Coordinate campaign rollouts with relevant departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Brand Standards & Governance

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards across all retail channels at all times.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess visual merchandising execution and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, tools, and resources for store teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with store operations, marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with business priorities.
• Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners where required to support visual merchandising projects and installations.
• Provide recommendations and insights to improve overall retail presentation and customer experience.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop visual merchandising team members and store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all locations.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and operational excellence within the visual merchandising function.

Job Description

• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works
• Review tender specifications and meticulously evaluate vendor proposals for process mechanical equipment, propose suitable equipment brands for tender submission and procurement, prepare cost estimations for process mechanical work during the tender stage
• Provide support during the procurement, contract negotiation, and progress claim processes throughout project execution
• Lead testing and commissioning activities, ensuring the seamless transition to operational status
• Plan and manage the process mechanical work schedule, and keep the Management Team informed of project progress, emerging issues, and resource requirements
• Deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants, responding to their inquiries and comments in a professional manner
• Manage the process mechanical suppliers and subcontractors according to establish schedule and quality requirement

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in process/mechanical design of process plant (incineration plant, water/wastewater plant, etc.), at least 2 years’ experience in leadership or team lead role. Experience in the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) wastewater treatment system is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and Singapore codes of practice.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in using commonly used software applications such as MS Office.
• Familiarity with Naviswork and Bentley View Software for P&ID is considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities, including the capability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate technical discussions and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

To be the company representative and liaise with the Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the Project effectively.

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate project works and manage the daily site operations.
• Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural / Building / Construction Management or any other discipline related to building construction.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Project etc.)
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A good team player, strong in Persuasion, Service Oriented, Client Relationship and People Management.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry or Town Council project.

Job Description:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models within the project.
• Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) that outlines the BIM goals, processes, and responsibilities for the project.
• Align BIM implementation with the project's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that BIM supports the project's goals and enhances efficiency
• To Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and coordinated design and construction models.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, engaging with all stakeholders including project owners, design teams, contractors, and Client’s representatives.
• Monitor regular run of Clash Detection within the BIM models and identify and resolve conflicts and to prevent issues during construction.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of BIM models, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and Client’s standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team regarding BIM tools and processes.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for project staff to enhance their BIM skills and knowledge.
• Monitor the progress of BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Generate regular reports on BIM-related progress, issues, and achievements for the project management team and Client.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Certified with Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) by BCA Academy and any BIM authoring software authorized training provider.
• Candidates certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2) will also be considered.
• Proficiency in at least two BIM software for 4D BIM, 5D BIM, and design coordination purposes such as Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab, Navigator, Synchro Pro, Fuzor, CostX, Cubicost, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in design, construction, or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) project management.
• Preferably at least 6 years of experience as a Project level BIM Manager in large-scale or infrastructure projects, having completed one full project cycle at either design or construction phase.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process.
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields; PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle.
• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with MOHH or HDB projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
