• Prepare leasing reports, business cases, forecasts, and budgets to support management decision-making

• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks within the retail landscape

• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to capability development and overall team effectiveness

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related discipline

• At least 5 years of relevant leasing experience within the retail, commercial, or real estate sector

• Strong understanding of retail leasing dynamics, tenant mix strategies, and market trends within Singapore

• Experience managing lease negotiations, tenant relationships, and occupancy-driven initiatives

• Familiarity with property regulations, leasing documentation, and industry compliance requirements

• Professional accreditation within the real estate industry would be advantageous

• Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience preparing commercial reports and presentations

• Results-oriented, commercially astute, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will:

• Oversee cleaning operations across assigned job sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and consistent service delivery.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules in coordination with supervisors.
• Maintain engagement with ground staff through regular check-ins, supporting retention and performance.
• Collaborate with account managers to address service gaps and manage client ad hoc requests.
