• Process end-to-end securities transfer requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client mandates and internal procedures
• Verify approvals and ensure all instructions comply with signing authorities and operational guidelines
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, internal teams, custodians, and counterparties to facilitate smooth execution
• Monitor and resolve failed or pending transfers promptly, escalating issues where necessary
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and established procedures
• Perform daily control activities, including reconciliation of stock and cash breaks and end-of-day checks
• Conduct risk and control checks (e.g. RCSA) and manage exceptions in line with internal frameworks
• Handle and resolve business queries within agreed timelines, escalating when required
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
• Participate in projects, system enhancements, and ad-hoc testing activities

Job Requirements

• Minimally 2 years of experience in Private Banking Operations, with exposure to securities transfers
• Degree holder with strong academic background
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player
• Experience in system testing and process improvement initiatives is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Access, Python, or Power BI is a plus

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department

1. Report to the Operations Managers on all operational, administration and HR matters, planning and implementation of projects and activities, recruitment, training and development of team, customers feedback and overall market environment
2. Possess great communication and organisational skills, with strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members to perform and exceed customers’ expectations and needs.
3. Implement program/SOP/WSH, to build core competencies and skills of team members
4. Liaise and work closely with clients, understanding their preferences and expectations
5. Able to liaise and communicate with all levels.
