Job Description

a) Report to the Project Manager. Responsible for the EHS systems and implementations.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

• Oversee the project's EHS performance, administer and execute the organization’s WSH management system.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders, including EHS Manager on reporting of EHS matters, audits, programmes, initiatives etc.

The Process Worker supports the mission of the Red Shield Industries, a social enterprise, highly regarded by public for its excellent delivery donation in kind service which is sensitive and responsive to the community welfare needs and meeting the funding needs of The Salvation Army. It is expected that as a process worker, the job incumbent will sort and distribute donated items according to the guidelines set up to maximize the revenue for The Salvation Army's work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check and process all donated items including clothing, toys, bric-a-brac, books, glassware, and other goods according to the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Categorize and sort items accurately and ensure efficient distribution to the warehouse for forwarding to retail stores.
• Support the planning and smooth operation of the sorting system, including proper packaging of items before dispatch to the warehouse.
• Ensure surrendered items such as unclaimed monies or valuables are handed over promptly to the Supervisor for reporting to the Processing Centre Management.
