Overview

Lead and support the team in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouse operations, with a focus on overseeing field deployments and managing on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of marketing materials such as prints, premiums, and marketing collaterals to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and rectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshooting retail demos and other retail installations.
• Lead the preparation and organization of deployment materials for field teams, ensuring all resources are ready for on-site activities.
• Supervise and maintain the organization and tidiness of the warehouse, ensuring materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Drive and transport team members and materials to event sites, retail locations, and other designated areas when needed.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events, roadshows, and deployments, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the team and successful completion of projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving License required.
• Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
• 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
• Male applicants must have completed National Service (NS)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement standards development projects under the National Standardisation Programme administered by Enterprise Singapore.

• Provide secretariat support to Technical Committees and Working Groups, including preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, reports and drafting of standards.

• Engage and coordinate with industry, academia and government agencies to facilitate the development, promotion and review of Singapore Standards and Technical References.

• Organise standards launch events and outreach activities to promote adoption and awareness of standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop new standards, including conducting consultations to ensure alignment with industry needs.

• Support industry and technical research for the development and review of standards, including conducting verification studies to identify potential users of the standards.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering or Workplace Safety and Health.

• Preferably at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, engineering or safety related fields.

• Secretariat experience supporting committees or working groups will be advantageous.

• Results oriented with the ability to manage and execute projects both independently and as part of a team.

• Meticulous and well organised, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and manage time efficiently in fast paced settings.

Job Summary:  
Equipment Technicians are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment in their assigned area, while working in partnership with Shift Operations team members, area equipment engineers and tool vendors. Equipment Technicians monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to repair equipment issues. 
 
Main Responsibilities:  

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process 
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings 
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. 
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required 
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. 

 
Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience  

• Diploma in Engineering. Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred 

• Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.

Preferred Technical Skills  

• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred 

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies is preferred

• Handle vendors’ invoices including checking, verifying, and posting the accounts payable data into accounting system for all schools.
• Check and process staff expenses claims.
