About the Role

Job Description & Requirements

• Managing the upgrading, installation & troubleshooting of Windows Server Environment and Azure Environment
• Monitoring & enhancing improvement of the health of servers & network devices
• Performing routine technical documentation, system patch, network & system security control implementation, and maintenance/ enhancement/ backup operations
• Perform standard software applications and installations from prepared images
• IT asset inventory control
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients for the deployment of IT Solutions

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive supports daily finance and accounting operations, managing full sets of accounts with accuracy and confidentiality in a corporate environment. This role involves routine accounting tasks, external coordination, and month-end reporting support.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules to support financial operations
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for all accounting records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial statements to provide accurate financial insights
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external service providers to facilitate smooth financial processes
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems to maintain data integrity
• Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager to meet evolving business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full sets of accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders based on approved requests, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Source quotations, perform price comparisons, and liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requests are justified and aligned with operational needs.
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, or specifications.
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, Delivery Order/Service Confirmation, supplier invoice) and coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice verification and processing.
• Maintain supplier master data, approved vendor list, and proper filing of procurement documents.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes accurately and on a timely basis.
• Post and allocate customer receipts and follow up on unidentified or short payments.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue balances via calls/emails and escalate long-outstanding accounts where necessary.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
• Prepare customer statements and perform periodic AR reconciliations.
• Support collection efforts, including documentation for offsets, settlements, or payment arrangements where applicable.
• Assist in month-end closing activities for procurement and AR, including schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded within the reporting timeline.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations for procurement and AR transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness and compliance with internal controls.

Overview

Lead and support the team in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouse operations, with a focus on overseeing field deployments and managing on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the delivery of marketing materials such as prints, premiums, and marketing collaterals to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Oversee the setup, execution, and rectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshooting retail demos and other retail installations.
• Lead the preparation and organization of deployment materials for field teams, ensuring all resources are ready for on-site activities.
• Supervise and maintain the organization and tidiness of the warehouse, ensuring materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Drive and transport team members and materials to event sites, retail locations, and other designated areas when needed.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events, roadshows, and deployments, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the team and successful completion of projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 3 Driving License required.
• Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
• 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
