We are seeking an experienced BMS Controls Manager to lead and manage Building Management System / Building Automation System works for building services projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, testing and commissioning of BMS controls works, ensuring that all technical, project, safety and quality requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full scope of BMS controls works, including design review, engineering coordination, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Controls Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BMS / BAS / controls systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, system architecture, control logic, DDC panels, sensors, actuators, field devices and system integration.
• Familiar with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, infrastructure, industrial, healthcare or institutional building projects will be an advantage.

As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work in Bangkok for Agoda Services Co. Ltd. You will be part of a broader tax advisory team that is rapidly growing in light of the changing tax landscape for digital services. The aim of this position is to manage global tax advisory matters related to VAT, sales tax, GST and other indirect taxes for Agoda, including the compliance with tax regulations across the globe, with special focus on relationship and transactions with Strategic Partners in a fast‑evolving business environment.
