• Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and critical path analysis
• Track project progress and identify delays, risks, and potential impacts
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure schedule alignment
• Integrate fabrication, delivery, and installation timelines for structural steel works
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and provide mitigation strategies for delays
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for stakeholders
• Support planning of manpower, resources, and equipment allocation

Technical Skills & Software

• Proficient in AutoCAD (3D drafting)
• Experience with BIM tools (e.g., Tekla Structures)
• Knowledge of BIM module coordination and clash detection
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Familiar with construction sequencing and steel erection workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling or planning
• Experience in structural steel projects or main contractor environment preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, especially steel fabrication and installation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines

Job Description & Requirements

The Safety Officer duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure all Statutory act & regulations, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all staff.
• Review and recommend necessary changes regularly to the safety management system to keep it updated with the applicable local legislation.
• Conduct safety training related to the activity based on Safe Work Procedure / Risk Assessment.
• Manage Safety Audits on site.
• Review all risk assessments and risk management internally and externally.
• Conduct m onthly WSH Committee Meeting and put up safety reports.
• Conduct monthly Mass Toolbox Meeting and participate in the Daily Toolbox Meeting.
• Enforce house rules on all stake holders and take action when necessary for noncompliance.
• Work closely with the project team to eliminate security, safety, health and environment hazards.
• Ensure legal compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations and timely submission of mandatory documents.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on matters pertaining to occupational safety and health.
• Advice Project Director/Manager in occupational safety and health.
• Inspection of site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health is in proper working condition.
• Manage incidents' investigations, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on the implementations and effectiveness of actions taken
• Review and maintain site's environmental, health and safety records
• Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance
• Other duties as assigned by the Departmental Manager.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO and ECO
• Min 5 years of HDB/Commercial project experience required
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health or other relevant discipline

Safety Coordinator (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety inspections related to railway to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with MOM safety requirements.

• Ensuring all workers comply with MOM requirements.

• Conduct regular safety inspections of material tools, worksites etc

• Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessment, Method statement, permit to work statistics.

• Supervise, complete, ensure and attend to all documentation/ permit/ license as necessary related to workplace, safety, health and environmental.

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting.

• Accident investigations and updating statistics.

• Conduct safety training for employees

• Report to the WSHO on all matters

• Assist to handle all incidents at site.
  

Qualifications:

• Must have certificate for Workplace safety & Health coordinator

• With at least 2 years relevant experience in LTA – SMRT project

• Good knowledge of WSH act and other WSH related

• Must possess BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course)

• Able to supervise and lead a team of people

• Required to work night shift as required (Engineering hours)
