Main Responsibilities: 

As a Yield Enhancement Engineer of Micron, you will be responsible to define and communicate the issues in processing and designing which should be completed under the situation of limited wafer yield with a fast turnaround and accurate way. Through daily analysis of inline/param/probe/experiments data, achieve the best in class yield ramp as well as quality improvement. 

Responsibilities and Tasks: 

• Demonstrates thorough understanding of yield data analysis, Wafer Fabrication (Fab) processes and their common effects/signatures on yield/device.

• Publishes a clear Pareto of yield limiters on their specific part type.

What you will do

-       Develop and maintain the Validation Master Plan (VMP), outlining the overall approach to onsite computerized system validation.

-       Use risk-based assessments (e.g., FMEA) to prioritize validation activities for product quality and data integrity.

-       Developing and executing Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.

-       Validation Summary Reports to provide an overview of validation results and final status.

-       Change control and deviation management processes to oversee alterations to validated systems and address deviationsduring validation.

-       Serving as a subject matter expert during regulatory audits.

-       Scheduling and coordinating validation efforts with external partners.

-       Collaborated across functions for on-time project completion and supervised junior validation engineers with technical support.

What we are looking for

-       At least five years of experience in computer systems validation within a regulated or manufacturing environment.

-       Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and GEP principles.

-       Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

-       Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

-       Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word‑processing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the power team providing support to vessels during shipyard operations.
• Lead and manage engineering projects related to facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facility infrastructure to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life cycles.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all facility engineering activities.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and budgets associated with facility engineering projects and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineering staff within the Facilities team.
• Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability practices across Benoi facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in facilities engineering, preferably within maritime, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to facilities engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with engineering software and tools for design, maintenance planning, and project management is advantageous.
• Experience with power supply, energy storage and HVAC/Chiller

Other Information

•  Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites. Conduct associated start-up, cut over and check-out activities on the newly installed systems
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tool by performing on-site general preventive maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities. Co-ordinate all service actions with customer to minimize downtime or system interruptions
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to eliminate equipment malfunctions. Conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problem. Assess severity of malfunctions and determine corrective actions required or escalate for assistance and prompt resolution. When necessary, replace defective units, components or parts where appropriate
• Liaise and co-ordinate with customers in relation to short-term defect work
• Implement field modifications or updates as released in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) which may involve removal and installation of assemblies, sub-assemblies, systems and subsystems
• Carry out Tier 2 process qualification work
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs, service records, part usage documentation, diagnostic updates and other management reports
• Professionally represent the company to the customer. Utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing / potential customers informed when new/additional needs are identified
• Develop good customer relations during installation and execution of service contracts
• Maintain company’s assigned equipment (computer, tool kit, diagnostic test equipment, spare parts etc) in good working condition, secure and accounted for
• Ensure safe working condition at work site
• Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, Watermelon, Python, or similar automation technologies.
• Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with testing best practices.
• Implement automated test execution integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with deployment tools such as Ansible to enable seamless automated testing as part of the delivery workflow.
• Develop and execute automated regression test suites to ensure application stability and system resilience.
• Continuously update regression scenarios to reflect evolving system functionality.
• Collaborate closely with Test Engineers to identify functional and regression test cases suitable for automation.
• Provide recommendations on automation feasibility and prioritization.

Requirement:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Python, Watermelon, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of deployment or configuration tools such as Ansible.
• Excellent understanding of automated regression testing methodology and best practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
