The successful incumbent will supports the Senior/Assistant Director (Programme) and Lead Case Manager in delivering and overseeing meaningful programmes for residents of the Halfway House. Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of rehabilitation and reintegration programmes, working with the Senior/AssistantDirector (Programme) and Lead Case Manager to ensure residents are meaningfully engaged throughout their stay at the Halfway House.
• Safeguard programme quality and integrity, monitoring delivery and participation to ensure programmes achieve their intended rehabilitative outcomes.
