• Responsible for rollout of PX related implementations (SOPs etc) to Clinic Management, via Clinic Managers.

Scheduling & Admin Support

• Own staff scheduling: Daily rosters (clinic staff and physicians) and physician deployment for events.

• Support team admin matters: HR-related (MC, etc)

• Compile operational statistics to support management insights, forecasting and decision-making.

• Eye for details: Processes, systems, etc.

  Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of operations experience, preferably within the retail or healthcare industry.
  
• Diploma holder
