About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM (Building Information Modelling) modeller cum site coordinator who will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing digital 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using BIM software. Manage the discharge of patient, shift mattres, clean toilet, perform cleaning using cleaning machines

Job Duties

• Report directly to the Project Manager, VDC Manager & BIM Manager.
• Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques.
• Work side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete VDC projects.
• Creation, maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content.
• Create and maintain Model Families of Components and ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM model.
• Help resolve BIM/VDC design issues.
• Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training.

Requirements

• Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC (by BCA) will be an advantage.
• Working experience on site in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage.
• Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
• Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
• Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage.
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect in-charge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for project
• Familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in building contruction (Architecture), Singapore
• Knowledge of authorities' requirements and overall project process
• 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays
• Location: Bugis, Singapore
